10 DAYS YOGA CHALLENGE – DAY 10 – [Guided Meditation]

what is up guys welcome to the final day they number 1004 10 days yoga challenge I cannot believe it’s over and I cannot believe it went out so fast I have so so many things to say today but I don’t want to make this in some way too long so I’m gonna try to just cut down to the chase and say whatever I need to say first of all thank you thank you guys so so much for being a part of this for allowing me to share my practice as you probably don’t know I am NOT a yoga teacher I didn’t expect to teach yoga ever and I don’t know if I will in the future but I did this challenge because that’s how I got introduced into yoga by doing a 30 day yoga challenge so yoga changed my life in so many ways that I just felt the need to do the same for you guys I really hope you guys enjoy the challenge I really hope you got something out of it more than the sequences and the poses I hope you understand that Yoga is just much more than a flexibility workout or to get stronger or just a type of workout Yoga is just much more than that and I really hope you guys got that out of the challenge and if you did not and you’re just doing it for the flexibility that’s okay to my song as you step into your mat every single day and you discover yourself I am happy with that I feel blessed that I could be a part of that in your journey for today’s practice we’re gonna do something different and it’s going to be a guided meditation I could not have finished this challenge without introducing you guys to meditation which is for me the most important aspects of your practice that is why I make so much emphasis at the end of every practice to just relax whether laying down or sitting down and just sink in all the information that you got from the practice because truly meditation it is the most important part of your yoga practice and for me of your life journey in general so if you’re new to meditation meditation is basically turning of the external world and going inward to watch your thoughts your thinking patterns and yourself there are thousands if not millions of ways to meditate so I really hope you guys enjoy this that’s my girl see look at her eyes look at those eyes say hi hey hi hi she’s just like me right look at my blue eyes okay so I really hope you guys enjoy this meditation if you do let me know in the comment section down below if you like it what you don’t like you haven’t already and as always I’ll see you guys in your mat namaste [Music] before we start make sure you’re in a quiet place where you can relax without any interruptions or distractions from the external world [Music] begin by finding a seated position where you can sit tall and comfortable for the next few minutes feel free to place a pillow beneath your sit bones to elevate your hips above the ground this will make the position a little bit more comfortable rest both hands on your knees and relax your arms and shoulders and now close your eyes [Music] feel the air coming in and out of your nose without analyzing it if you’re breathing is steep oh let it be deep if it’s shallow let it be shallow if it has or slow let it be exactly as it is your body is smart enough to know the amount of air that he needs your only task today is to watch nothing more nothing less [Music] whenever your mind is start wonder which it will ship your attention back to your breath remember that thoughts who will arrive and that there is nothing wrong with that when they do arrive notice how their form and how they are the soul in a matter of seconds then another thought comes then another one and so on let him come and let him go then simply come back to her breathing again you are not here to put your mind in blank but rather to let it go in any direction that it wants without you going behind it let any sensation thought or feeling arrive and make a conscious effort to simply watch them without getting attached to them allow yourself to be here now forget about the past and stop worrying about the future at least for the next couple of minutes you deserve this time alone with you and only you everything else can wait [Music] bring your awareness now to your physical body visualize a yellow light shining right on top of your head notice how it illuminates your entire body watch it come down to your forehead your eyes on your entire face maybe it can make you smile [Music] move the light lower to your neck and shoulders and all the way down to your heart feel every bit of your heart and notice how it provides your entire body with abundance energy [Music] proceeded to bring the light down to your core lower abdomen and pelvis to the root of your being this is your Center the foundation in which we all live all daily life notice how it grounds you to the earth and connects you to all the living beings in this planet [Music] finally bring that light all the way down to your legs and watch the spread all the way up across your body giving you abundance of energy and love let the light in a waves flow leaving you with a sense of peace all across your body a feeling of wholeness and unconditional love this is your true self [Music] a cell that sees no separation between others a self that sees beyond all the problems and doubts a cell that has a single purpose in life and that is to love and to give without limitations [Music] anytime you feel overwhelmed with the everyday demands of life remember that the yellow light is always there for you for you to remind you how beautiful and perfect you are you are an immense loving being full of infinite potential and the world needs your light now more than ever so when you are ready you may open your eyes and manifest interesting you want your reality is always in your hands [Music]     That was really good, I had no prior experience in yoga (I could only do the wheel pose) and was an average/below average guy in term of flexibility. These didn't only help as stretching but to relax, have more control on my body and being present as well. Thanks for the inspiration! The 10 day yoga challenge was a fun way to start out, didn't take too long and was good to ease into it that's just the beginning of the journey for me 🙂

    I normally don't comment on videos, but I think you really deserve it. Since I found your channel I have added Yoga to my calisthenics training and my life is gettin a little bit better every day. Love how deep you can go in your mind and soul with yoga, discovering and starting to open and love your inner self.  Despite I have already seen other yoga channel videos, it's yours that gave me motivation to begin. It was like a missing part of my life, now it's here. So just wanted to say a big thank you Gabo for all the love you give. I hope all the best for you. Namaste.

    I honestly do not know what just happened. I always thought that meditation never really worked for me and I thought the same during this video. Before I knew it, my eyes teared up and I truly cannot explain why except for the fact that this meditation pulled something out of me.     hey gabo, just getting back into bodyweight training after shattering my scapula in a motorcycle accident. I'm also looking to get into flexibility/yoga/meditation. I'm in recovery and physical health has always been vital to my success. any recommendations on instructors/teachers in the pompano/ft lauderdale area? I just moved up from hollywood not too long ago. I'm 6'6 so progress tends to be very arduous and slow but i've always been inspired by your videos. whether it was bar wars or thenx, I just wanted to say i appreciate you and hope we cross paths someday. Stay healthy and strong my friend

    I just completed guided meditation. Loved it so much. It was so peaceful, such a great way to end or start my day. I have been doing Zen Meditation(Zazen) for about a year. It is more rigid but definitely worth trying(I used the book the Three Pillars of Zen to learn more about it). What I understood is that every kind of meditation is a vessel to find ourselves. There is no right or wrong. I'm planning to do both types of meditations from now on. Thank you Gabo!!

    I followed the whole 10 days and i cant get enough. I found myself in your video if its not to much to ask if you can keep doing it i will love it. I saw so much progress and i have much motivation that i want to do yoga teacher now, and i take you as and exemple. Thanks a lot

    Hello Gabo,
    actually I searched a long time for a static meditation because I already practice Taiji quan and this is more a moving meditation. Well, somehow through Thenx I landed on your channel and I'm so grateful to the universe for this because I found what I searched for, even if it's through a little detour! (Love detours :D) You are a very good teacher and a very kind person. Now my fiancée and me both meditate, only with your help. You made it possible, so thank you for this! Furthermore I am also already preparing for your 10 days challenge, so that I can actually really go from 1 to 10.
    I felt like I have to say to you that you have the power to change not one world but many worlds because of your help to many people! Thank you Gabo! 🙂

    Gabo I had a snowboard injury at my elbow and it has been so hard to come back and be active again. Your 10 days yoga challenge was an amazing journey step by step I learned to trust my body again and recover in such a quantity that I didn’t expect. Thank very much you are a wonderful teacher, guider and person.

    Challenge 10 done and sadly 10day yoga challange came to his end. I really hope to see a 30 day yoga challange or maybe a bit shorter like this one. Really enjoyed the music and the guiding voice, really something that i will gladly put in my daily to do routine. Again thank you so mutch for your time and effort Gabo for teaching us the peaceful ways to selfunderstanding and meditation. You may be not a teacher (yet) but you're pretty close to it.
