    I've always checked out the channel every now and then but never clicked the button, but I finally subscribed to the channel a couple of nights ago thanks to this series.

    Just saying- your videos are empowering and I really appreciate the time you spend on committing to whatever you may be doing. Whether that may be budgeting or withholding your cellphone- I feel almost like crying when I watch your videos to see such a pretty face but a more beautiful mind. You are truly one cool cat!     Where did you get those shoes at 2:56??!? They are so cuuuuute. ๐Ÿ™‚ Great video! Encourages people to take a moment for themselves in their hectic lives. However, I have to say this is a pretty cursory view of meditation – to get real benefits, 15-20 minutes a day is nowhere near enough. Nonetheless, great topic! Glad you covered it in an accessible way.

    i wish u could try 5 days of all these things you v tried before… like waking up early go to thรฉ gym do mรฉditation and eat healthy . take care of ur skin . dont drink coffe . eat healthy and dont spend alot of money … n so on .๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰

    Another type of meditation I've learned is where you focus on each body part one by one starting at your toes all the way up to your head

    I seen a girl called unjadedjade (I think thatโ€™s it ) on yt and she wakes up at 5am and it inspired me to start yoga and Iโ€™ve only been doing it for a few days and I feel so calm so itโ€™s my New Years resolution

    Whenever I meditate I sit back against a wall or something cause I have the same problem where my back starts hurting after a minute. You also dont have to sit in a criss cross with your hands on your knees, you should really try to get comfortable. I really recommend the style where you focus on a word or saying, its the style that gets me to relax the most

    I got this app and it is a-m-a-z-I-n-g it's called headspace and after I did the first session I was so relaxed and calm
