meditate before you leave the house your resilience will go through the roof and

    One year, from the time I started only had a couple of
    relapses from
    the time I started but during and after that year I really did not crave or be so eager to escape my reality. Been sober since.

    Yeah I still practice mindfulness meditation. It literally saved my life without it I am more than sure I would be dead, sick, or in jail.

    Thank you so much for this video! I've been slowly trying to incorporate mindfulness in my everyday life, as well as practicing meditation on a daily basis in the attempt to find more clarity and self-awareness during my recovery journey from anorexia. So far I've noticed huge improvements. Can't wait to see where this adventure will take me! I look forward to more videos from you 🙂
