Absoltely true. Most of people spend their entire life trying to change their very nature. Changing themselves to something which they are not , and they will never love that being that they make by forcing themselves to change.

Thank-you Soheil, for sharing a very nice info message. I enjoyed very much, so true. I am just me. And I like knowing just you too.

This, to me, is one of the most beautiful audio/video clips I have ever heard. Thank you.

very true. if we cannot love ourselves, how can we forgive mistakes of the other and love them as they are. each of us is making mistakes and trespassing against us, and the only way how to forgive things to the others is to love oneself, love our mistakes, even to accepting our "sins" as they are, if there are any sins, cos a sin means "a mistake" which is something reprogrammable, loveable, and as OIsho says, something acceptable. forgive yourself and love yourself to be ready to love others!

Yes, yes, and yes… Especially if family does not. You are not responsible for anyone else and happiness of others. If society does not, if peers do not, if no one else does. The most difficult path is towards yourself, but the most rewarding too 😀

Accept yourself as you are. And that is the most difficult thing in the world because it goes against your training, your education, your culture. From the very beginning you have been told how you should be. Nobody has ever told you that you are good as you are; they have all put programs in your mind. You have been programmed by parents, by priests, politicians, teachers

@XxMoeJoeFlowxX I deal with the same thing as you. It seems impossible, but what you are forgetting is that you have incomparable beauty. You have to know that so deeply that it won't even be a concern of yours anymore. Osho or someone else can show you the way but in the end it has to be your own realization.

Accepting yourself is not accepting your body, or your self beyond the body, it is much simpler than that. All you have to do is accept every thought as it comes, and every emotion as it comes. It is a moment-to-moment thing. Allow everything in you to move freely, allow thoughts to be there, NO MATTER WHAT KIND OF THOUGHTS, allow emotions to be, no matter what kind of emotions. That is self-acceptance, that is self-love, that is being yourself.

    Try it.

That is the most inspirational video I have ever watched! To be truthful I have never loved or accepted myself because of beauty, personality, just never seeming to be good enough and not having anyone that will just accept me as i am. I want the same thing anybody else wants which is acceptance and love and from this video I think that may be possible!!! Thanks OSHO!!!

anyone who has spent any time reading osho books has been given great understanding. the ones who have not done this always make stupid comments.

This is something I’m learning , I’m very hard on myself and it’s exhausting. No one has ever accepted fully who I am , but that doesn’t matter , what matters is my truth and my own loving acceptance it’s taken me 44 years to come to this fundamental truth . Thank you 🙏 Osho
