I agree that feeling unworthy to stand or sit in the presence of our creator in Jesus Christ is the beginning of our genuine walk with him leading the way. There is something very wrong with someone who would never admit they feel that way and of course we all know who he is and what his destiny is going to be.

In Caravaggio’s masterful “Conversion on the Way to Damascus,” even Paul’s horse seems to be thinking, “Um, really, God? You want THIS guy?” And that’s precisely the point, isn’t it: Even the most stubborn and wayward of us can, given a proper reordering of one’s disposition, be of tremendous use.

Through his ministry bishop Barron is the Paul of this era. There is unity of goal, the proclamation of the risen Christ, and of action, though bishop Barron doesn't have to travel physically like Paul did.

I'm awaiting that moment myself, when the LORD looks on my sinfulness and says… oh my… major intervention needed here! 🤭😍🙏🏼 But I am so grateful to the Lord for the many evangelicals who recently 'converted' and today are lay evangelist apologists for the Catholic faith… these 'Pauls' were all graced by God Himself at a time when so many Catholics feel 'abandoned' because of the scandals.. and the zeal of these many new converts are strengthening the bulwark of the Church. No? 'Sure grace', as you say Bishop Barron! He is active in your ministry and so many others today!

Although I'm a catholic I haven't followed the faith since childhood. Now in my 50's I find the question of faith and my relationship to God becoming more compelling. I find your casts to be informative and helpful. Am I a true believer? I don't know but something is pulling on me.

Bishop Barron I am a protestant who is supposed to go to RCIA in 40 minutes. Pray for me that I can overturn 500 years of theology and submit to something new.

What an experience, so close to the history. May I ask something about the new format, the introduction music ? Was that designed just for the channel ? Or is it from something else ? It is really good 👍

How is it, I, a sinner, are allowed to see and hear one of the Apostles in the comfort of my own home?
    Thank you

Nice explanation. Paul's writings and life strengthen people who feel inadequate or burdened for thousands of years.

In my very humble opinion you are the first person I have been exposed to in my 73 years that should feel worthy. I thank God for your fine work. I am a life long Catholic having attended Catholic school from K-8 grades and CCD from 9-12 grades. No one has closely affected me spiritually as you have. When I listen to you I feel as though I am listening to the Apostles.

Did you ever ponder what it would have been like to meet the apostle Paul? He had been flogged twice. He was a mass of scar tissue.

This is your very best You Tube video by far, Bishop Barron! Considering the high quality of your previous ones, that's saying a lot. Every Protestant should see it.

Why do you have to pray at somebody’s grave? Does it make God pay more attention? Does it make your prayers more sincere? Calculate the air fare and the cost of your vacation in Rome and put it in the poor box Bishop. God may notice that.

Dear Bishop Barron, indeed perhaps you would feel more worthy before the tomb of St. Paul and certainly among us true Catholics if you were to proclaim Christ by displaying your pectoral cross, instead of perpetually and overtly obscuring it in most of your videos. The "church of nice" will never thrive. May God bless you.

1:50 No, your not. Shouldn’t you be on a date with a young woman, or young man, or a goat? Or maybe burning through the Church donations to be living the high life?

As you show complete disdain for your rank, thus sowing complete confusion, Paul gives us direction to deal with clergy gone astray. Live the traditional faith handed down from the start. Vatican II is not in that class. You represent all that confuses Catholics. Repent Bishop by promoting and saying ONLY the Latin Mass. that is the cure for this modernist heresy you now practice. May God have mercy on your soul. You are in the wrong faith. You’re Protestant

"Accepting the fact that you've been accepted, even though you're unacceptable" 5:20

"Feeling unworthy, inadequate, so did he. but turn that as well as what's strong and good in me, turn that over to Christ and let him use it for his purposes." Thank you Bishop Barron.

Barron should know he denies the truths of the Catholic faith and the words of Our Lady of Fatima when he denies what she teaches that many souls fall into the eternal abyss. Heresy. And if he continues even though he knows he is contradicting the faith then he would be a formal heretic and thus not a Catholic let alone a bishop. But who am I to judge? I don't know if he is a heretic or just ignorant.
