Cloud Guided Relaxation

Find a comfortable position with your body Rest your head Take a deep breath in and let it go two more inhale through the nose exhale through the mouth full breath in full breath out if it feels comfortable close your eyes soften your face Relax your shoulders and feel the air on your skin Imagine looking up at a large fluffy cloud high in the sky notice the way it looks against the light blue sky the clouds slowly begins to move down from the sky and hovers at your feet You get curious about what it would be like to lay down on this cloud The cloud supports your body as you let your muscles soften Get as comfortable as possible on this fluffy cloud As you settle in The cloud begins to lift you up off of the ground You can go as high or low as you would like The cloud takes you wherever you would like to go As you slowly glide through the air Begin taking full breaths in through your nose and out inhale three two one exhale four three two one inhale three two one exhale four three two one Imagine taking your cloud to a place that helps you relax And when you hear the sound of the bell bring your awareness back to your breath Take a deep breath in and let it go Start to wiggle your fingers and toes Make any small movement that feels comfortable for you Slowly open your eyes and come back to this moment with a sense of peace and calm
