Hi! So I’m really happy to share with you that we have a brand new pack coming out of Headspace. It’s called the depression pack. Now if you’re someone who’s experienced prolonged or acute feelings of anger, sadness, really feeling quite stuck in that place, then I think this pack will be really useful. So often I think when we’re depressed we can feel stuck. It’s a very isolating lonely place and it’s very difficult to have any sense of perspective. So this pack really focuses on how you can reframe your perspective of the thoughts and the feelings that arise in the mind. Just because they’ve always arisen in a habitual way in the past doesn’t mean it has to continue in that way. The more you can see those thoughts with a calm clear mind the easier it becomes to let go of them. In letting go of them we start to experience a little bit more spaciousness. So if you think back to — I don’t know if you’ve seen — our blue sky animation that idea that when the clouds disperse you start to experience a blue sky which has always been there.
