    We are prisoners to our life. Of course I could stop doing everything I hate right now. What then? I won't have money, to pay my rent, so I'll be homeless, which I know, I'll hate even more. Without the money and being homless, I won't be able to partake in social activities, go dancing, even worse, I won't get good sleep, which will drain me even more… etc. So, ok, then I take up a different job and the cycle will repeat itself. I don't get this video.

    About leaving your job, don't just do it blindly, be smart about your move, find something else you love before you make the move, especially if you're in debt (be smart, Don't create more stress by trying to escape stress)

    2. You can't control what other people do, so stop stressing (a big part of that is about creating your boundary and identity)

    My recipe versus chronic fatigue:
    1. Remove the cause! It can be constant stress on job, bad relationship, or even toxins (in the water, in the air You breathe, You name it).
    2. After removing the cause sleep a lot, eat healthy fresh meals, do low intensity cardio like cycling or swimming.
    3. When You will began to reenergize your body, hold this lifestyle until You will feel so much power, that You just want to do something instead of laying on a couch.
    4. Congrats, You are good to go! Go conquer the world, but remember to always spare some time for deep relaxation and rest, otherwise You will come back to the state, where You've been at point 1.

    This is a great video, one of the best IMO. But there's one thing that I think it is easier said than done. I'm 26 and I work as a waiter and I hate my job, which it makes me very unhappy. Very rude customers everyday, very long shifts, one day off, low salary, but in my city almost every hostelry workplace is like that, and I can't just quit my job, I'd love to but I feel I can't. I need the money and I can't move to another city right now because of family issues, so I feel stuck. I would love to do another thing but I have no education, thing I'll regret all my life, and as I already said, I need the money so I can't enroll in studies right now. I'd love to know your opinion in this kind of situation.

    BTW, excuse my english, it isn't my first language.

    Man I was getting fatigued… forcing myself to go to the clubs, not really enjoying it…After this video I've told my landlord that I'll be moving out to another city going to learn day game and climb some mountains this summer.     I've always a problem with everything needs to be right, planned, and little bite like perfect. But when I look back and see, most of the things were not that important. The funny thing was that I judge (on a subconscious level) other people for not doing things perfectly. Thanks, Julien. Lesson learned: lighten up and just BE more.

    Fastest way for me to relax when I get a lil manic as fuck after a great day is to gently brush 1 finger softly across my lips. Yeah.. that easy. Immediately you'll feel yourself taking a deeep breath. If you get anxiety or can't calm the fuck down give it a shot!

    Why? There's tons of nerves in your lips that activate the PNS (rest and digest side of our nervous system).
