Finding Conscious Balance | The World Of Opposites | Guided Meditation


This is Rasa. Welcome to your meditation. Find a comfortable position by adjusting your
body, gently close your eyes and begin to consciously relax. Breathe in slowly and easily and breathe out
slowly and easily by letting go. Be aware of your breathing out, the end of
your breath and how it transforms into a new breath. Again, breath in and observe the very end
of your breath as it is fading away and how a new one is reborn. Observing the end of your breath becomes observing
the birth of your breath. Is there any difference between the end and
the birth of your breath? Observe it for a moment and feel how your
breath is smoothly changing while a tiny gap between your in-breath and out-breath is growing. Take a deeper and slower breath in and breathe
out the same way. Now, become aware of your right nostril and
gently and naturally breathe through it only. As you breathe through your right nostril
be aware of your right side of the body. Notice all of the sensations you may feel
in the right side of the body. As you become aware of any sensations, let
them come and go in their own way. Now turn your attention to your left nostril
and gently and naturally breathe only through it. Feel this subtle shift from right to left
nostril. Become aware of the left side of your body
while you are breathing through your left nostril. Noticing all the sensations you may feel in
the left side of your body. Now, for a few moments, keep shifting your
attention from left to right and right to left breathing and observe those movements
of your breath and the place of undisturbed tranquillity in between them. Now continue breathing through both nostrils
simultaneously and observe all the sensations you may feel in both sides of your body. With your breath and attention balance both
sides of your body. Notice the part of your consciousness with
which you are watching this balance occur. Feel the positive energetic shift that has
taken over body. Take a deep and slow breath in and breathe
out deeply and slowly. Now, as you are more and more relaxed, observe
the feeling of gravity in your body. If you are lying down, you may feel that your
legs, arms, back, head and other parts of your body are firmly attached to the surface
beneath you as if you can’92t move them at all. Feel the gentle downward force. Relax. Give in completely and let yourself to be
pulled down by the force of gravity. Now, shift your attention to the feeling of
lightness. Begin to feel as light as a feather, floating
freely in the gentle wind without any pressure. Your muscles are so relaxed. What does it feel like to be so deeply relaxed
and light? How do you experience complete lightness? Relax and flow. Feel it. For the next few moments switch your attention
between the downward force and lightness. Go back and forth and observe how they arise
and fade away. What is so common between those two sensations. Observe its source. Observe the sensations. Now, recreate the feeling of talking to yourself
in your mind or in front of the mirror. The talk to yourself is neither good nor bad. The focus is not on the story, but on the
process of uttering the words, vibrations, energy and sensations of your talking. As you become more aware of your inner chatter,
feel how your tongue is vibrating. How does it feel like to talk to yourself? What sensations or vibrations do you feel
in your tongue?… Shift your attention to the feeling of silence
without any talking. Be aware of your tongue and let it relax by
slightly opening your mouth and being completely aware of its middle part. Or simply find your own most relaxing position
for your tongue. Let your awareness rest at that place. Feel how your thinking ceases. Experience the stillness. No-thoughts. Complete silence and bliss. Now keep switching from talking to silence
back and forth. Thought movement to stoppage and so on. Feel how all the thinking, talking and other
sensations arise from the consciousness. Feel the ever-present consciousness. In this moment, recreate the feeling of the
unfocused state of consciousness – you are seeking a solution in some situation, but
it is not showing up, your mind may wander from the past to the future to no avail. Observe all the sensations in your body right
now and, let them come and go. Shift your attention to the feeling of the
focused state of consciousness, letting go of the past or the future, finding the solution
in the present and experiencing the excitement. How does it feel like when you finally find
the solution where everything clicks? Be in touch with your feelings and sensations,
right now. Now move your attention back and forth by
experiencing those two states for a few moments. Feel your consciousness expand as you switch
between the two states of being. Notice if they have something in common. Now, bring your attention back to your breath
arising and descending gently and naturally. Breathe only through the left nostrile and
your whole left side of the body. Now switch again, breathe through the right
nostril and right side of your body. Now let the breath flow through both nostrisle
and both sides of your body. As you breathe through your whole body, continue
to bring conscious sense of balance. Be aware of your consciousness that is present
in all of the duality you experience in life. Become aware how this consciouness always
allows you to choose the side of the duality you need to keep you balanced. Begin to deepen your breath. Becoming aware of your physical body parts. You can keep deeply relaxing and resting in
the present-moment awareness or you can gently open your eyes. Stretch your arms and legs and do your activities
with a new, fresh perspective and new understanding of the world within you and the world of impermanent
