Finding Life’s Passion & Purpose | Guided Meditation

This guided meditation is about uncovering your
passion in life. If you feel that your outer world has become
quiet and still, know that many things are happening in your inner world. Do you carry an unsettling feeling that your
life is off-track? Are you searching for your path or purpose? Once you realize your true passion, you must
believe that you can pursue it. You must identify what brings you true joy. What brings you worthiness. Even in difficult or stressful situations. We are here to live life with an open heart
and with our arms open wide. Be willing and ready to receive, as we are
the creators of our own stories. Know that your purpose in life is to follow
the path that serves yourself with passion and joy. Once you focus on living your purpose, this
purpose will serve you, and those around you. The greatest fulfillment is knowing we have
done something bigger than ourselves. Before we begin, make sure your body is in
a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Do this meditation in a place where you will
be undisturbed. Take a moment to mentally collect any unwanted
thoughts, any worries, and anything that does not serve your highest purpose. See yourself placing these thoughts inside
of a box and closing the lid tightly. Put a lock on this box. During our meditation, if these thoughts escape
from the box, simply acknowledge them and send them back. Now, with your eyes gently closed, begin to
allow your body to relax. Release the tension in each area of your body. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Relax your face starting with your forehead. Relax your mouth. Take another deep breath in and exhale. Relax your neck and shoulders. Relax your hands and fingers. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Relax your torso. Relax your legs. Your feet. Your toes. Take another deep breath in and exhale. Feel your muscles slowly melting. Now, let us release and heal any emotional
blocks that prevent us from remembering who we really are and what we truly desire through
a chakra meditation. Start by bringing your breath down to your
middle torso to the Solar Plexus Chakra, for your confidence and power. Imagine its yellow color outlining your body
from head to toe. Repeat the following chakra affirmations (silently
or out loud). I own my power. I feel fully alive and passionate. See the yellow color as it moves in and out
alongside your breath. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Continue until you see the disc of your solar
plexus spinning fast and smoothly. Feel your vibration rising. Now, bring your breath up to the Throat Chakra,
for truth and communication. Imagine its blue color outlining your body
from head to toe. Repeat the following chakra affirmations (silently
or out loud). I connect to my highest truth and I listen
to my intuition. See the blue color as it moves in and out
alongside your breath. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4 Continue until you see the disc of your throat
chakra spinning fast and smoothly. Feel your vibration rising higher. Bring your breath further up to your brow,
the Third Eye chakra, for your intuition and inner wisdom. Imagine its pale violet colour outlining your
body from head to toe. Repeat the following chakra affirmation (silently
or out loud). I connect to my highest truth and listen to
my intuition. See the pale violet color as it moves in and
out along with your breath. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Continue until you see the disc of your third
eye is spinning fast and smoothly. You have raised your frequency even higher. Before you continue to our guided meditation,
repeat these exercises as needed until you feel a release of any weight carried in these
chakras. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
exhale to the count of 4. Now, visualize yourself as a child or teenager. See that your younger self has no worries. No responsibilities. What did you enjoy doing? Did you paint? Did you write stories? What fun did you have that made time pass
quickly? Remembering this will help you identify your
passion. A passion that you might have forgotten. It could be something simple. What felt natural to you? If you struggle with identifying this, continue
the breathing exercises. Pay close attention to any visions that come
into your mind. Remember what made you the happiest. Bring yourself back to one of those moments. Visualize exactly what you were doing and
allow yourself to feel those same happy feelings. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Now imagine that you are on the outside of
your current life looking in. Pay attention to the themes in your life. Think about something in your daily life that
doesn’t feel right. Visualize what it is and allow yourself to
really feel it. Take another deep breath in to the count of
4 and then exhale to the count of 4. Push your fears aside. Acknowledge what you know is true. What in your life doesn’t make you happy? What don’t you like doing? It could be your job. A relationship. Feelings of obligation. Identifying this will help you realize what
you do not want so that you can release it. Doing so will allow room in your life for
what you truly desire. Take a few deep breaths in to the count of
4 and then exhale to the count of 4. As you inhale, imagine breathing in your wants
and desires. As you exhale, imagine breathing out and releasing
everything you do not want. Now, take a moment to remember your proudest
accomplishment. Remember the way it made you feel. Remember why it made you feel so proud. Did it give you comfort? Visualize this accomplishment in detail. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. See yourself letting go of the pressure and
demands that you have put on yourself. Release the frustration and defeat. See them lifting away from your body like
a cloud of smoke. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. As you breathe, imagine a pure, bright, white
light moving in and out of your body. Take another deep breath in to the count of
4 and then exhale to the count of 4. Now, imagine a pinpoint of light in the center
of your heart. See it growing into a beautiful, bright flame. Feel its warmth sending waves of relaxation
through you. This flame connects to your higher self. A stream of divine guidance. See the light of this guiding presence and
know that it is always with you. Trust that your higher self knows you well. Trust that your higher self will always reveal
your inner truth. Your inner essence. Silence your inner critic for a moment. Push them aside for now. Listen carefully to your own wisdom instead. Ask to be reminded of your unique talents
and skills. This is how you can find your calling. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. Now, visualize being in full alignment with
your passion. What does it look like? What does it feel like? Send inspiration and energy into this action
with a deep breath in and exhale. Ideas happen energetically first before they
can take physical form. Now, feel the vibration as your path and purpose
align. You have a deep knowing of what this feels
like. Bring it to the surface. You are creating it now. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. For extra guidance, let us call on Archangel
Chamuel, who can lead us towards our purposes. He knows our path already, as he sees the
connection between everyone and everything. When we ask for his help, pay attention to
the thoughts, visions, ideas and feelings you have. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
then exhale to the count of 4. See the pale green colour of Archangel Chamuel’s
energy as it touches the crown of your head and then begins to flow
throughout your entire body. Feel its warmth. This energy carries a deep knowing. See as his wings surround you with love and
light. Accept it with gratitude and thanks. Repeat the following prayer, either silently
or our loud. Dear Archangel Chamuel,
Thank you for guiding me towards my purpose and helping me realize my true passions. Thank you for leading me down the path I need
to go. Please help me trust the timing of my life. Guide me to find the career that serves myself
and others. Guide me to become the person I was meant
to be. I am open to receive your messages and signs. Take a deep breath in to the count of 4 and
exhale to the count of 4. The following affirmations can be used daily
during your journey. Let’s say them now. I acknowledge and fuel my passion each day. I commit to my dreams, focus on what I want,
and love everything I do. I remember who I really am. I am honouring my own life path. Take another deep breath in to the count of
4 and exhale to the count of 4. If you are ready to bring yourself to the
present moment, start by taking another deep breath in to the count of 4 and exhale to
the count of 4. Feel the breath as it moves into your body
and fills your lungs. Feel the breath as it moves out. Allow yourself to sleep peacefully, if you
feel the need. Allow yourself to rest your body as needed. Do this a few more times, or as needed, while
slowly bringing energy back into your body through movement. Begin by moving your toes slightly. Continue with other small movements in your
feet and your legs. Move your arms. Your hands. Fingers. Allow your small movements to grow into larger
movements. Slowly open your eyes again when ready. Once you feel fully energized and revitalized,
sit for a moment in silence. Hold on to this experience. Hold on to the deep knowing that you have
already taken steps towards your path.

This has come at the right time for me and allowed me to align with my higher self and life purpose with some meaningful insights.     my purpose was understood to be to bring joy to people's lives, and to share energy, because that's when I've truly been joyful is sharing happiness with others. something that came up was to be a facilitator of bringing people together. I don't know how this relates to my career though.

    Thank you so much Rasa for your beautiful and uplifting meditations. After suffering from depression i felt so lost with who i am and have been so unmotivated for the last couple of years. After trying this i feel so rejuvenated and it has given me back that creative flare to craft and sew, which i loved to do in my childhood. I let it go because i believed it just wasn't right for me and i should try and find something that would suit me better. But i was so wrong! I now know that my true passion was just lying dormant and this meditation brought it out for me!
