I told you to change. I didn’t tell you why. But that’s because,
you know, here on “A Little Late
with Lilly Singh,” we always want our guests
to feel comfortable. Of course. -Mm-hmm. -But sometimes it’s important to take them outside
of their comfort zone. So, Tichina, your biggest fear
has come true. We are doing goat yoga. Release the goats, y’all!
[ Cheers and applause ] You can do it! -Hi! -They’re so cute. Alright, you be in the middle.
They’re so cute. So, Beth,
you’ve done this before. You’ve done this
a bunch of times right? -I have done this once.
-Alright. -Oh, my God. -So you’re going to walk us
through what to do. -But I’m going to
walk you through. -To be honest, I’m just most
stressed about the yoga part. -Okay. Ready? We’re gonna to do
a very easy pose to start. We’re gonna go into cat cow. So you have your knees —
-Oh, God! [ Laughter and applause ] -Oh, yes.
-Oh, stop! -Yes, now everybody breathe! [ Laughter ] Isn’t this Zen?
This is so namaste. Namaste.
-I think I’m crying. -Oh, my God.
-Let’s go up into downward dog. Look, you can do it
with the goat on. [ Cheers and applause ] [ Laughter ] -What’s a down– Ohh!
-Go all the way up. Up, up, up.
[ Cheers and applause ] Look at that. Okay, now we’re gonna
go into plank. Plank. This is hard to hold the plank. It’s very hard. -What? Oh, my God. Oh, my God!
It’s on top of my butt! -Is everybody still holding
their plank? [ Laughter ] Okay, now we’re gonna go down
into cobra. -Down?
[ Laughter ] Down! Oh, my God.
-Come back up. -Hey, boo-boo. How you doing?
-I feel lonely. Come back. [ Laughter ]
-Oh, my God. Tichina, your back
is a little wet. -Oh, my God!
-Oh! [ Audience ohs ] Did it get me —
It boo-booed on me? -I think it got you
a little bit. -Wait, what pose
are you guys doing? -I don’t know.
I’m a bad yoga teacher. Go back into child. Oh, look. He’s on —
-No. -Oh, yeah.
-My pancreas. -Oh, yeah. -Do I spread —
-Okay. [ Laughter ] -Okay. Alright. -That was so sad.
[ Laughter ] Okay. Come back up.
-Good Lord. -And we’re just gonna kneel.
We’re gonna kneel. -Oh, my God.
I think it likes me. -Oh, my God.
-It’s over. [ Cheers and applause ]
-Aw, he loves me. -Yeah.
-He loves me. -I officially want a goat.
[ Laughter ] I want a goat now.
-Come on, hey, baby. Oh, yeah.
-That was goat yoga. -Oh, my God.
-I’m taking them home. My thanks to the brilliant
Tichina Arnold and Beth Behrs. Thank you so much for watching.
