Guided Meditation at Chill Chicago

We want Chill to be a place where people can slow down, unplug, take a deep breath, restore a little bit of balance to their lives and at a maximum the meditation practice really leads to a deeper, greater understanding of someone’s self. We can all get so caught up in dreaming about things we want for the future or replaying things that happened in the past, being able to shift away from some of that and just being happy with what is. We need it here. I mean there are studios with the same concept that are open in New York and LA and other places around the country. I think there is like a push to make meditation more accessible and bring it to the world in a better way where people can really access it and I think Chicago is ready for it.
