In this episode I’m going to walk you through a guided meditation. So this is going to be a live exercise that you do with me. So set aside 20 minutes today to do this exercise Don’t put this off, don’t procrastinate You need to do this at some point today. This is one of the most important self development Practices and something that will elevate your game to even greater heights So, the important component of this meditation that I want to Bring to your attention, is that of letting go and surrender Okay? A lot of meditation, even guided meditations from things that you can pay for have us Neurotically trying to quiet our minds To observe our thoughts, to observe our breath to, kind of manipulate things, manipulate how we’re acting and reacting And it kind of has you doing What you would do be doing without meditation, which is in this like neurotic state So in this meditation, we’re going to let go Surrender And avoid manipulation, so you could call this the no manipulation method and if you’re a beginner this is a great place to start if You are an experienced meditator. This is an amazing Meditation that will allow you to let go and get into a deeper deeper meditation Everyone, I’ve shared this meditation with says it’s the deepest meditation session that they’ve ever had So don’t worry about any objectives. Don’t worry about anything I’ve said, the important things you’ll learn here in the exercise So let’s get started Okay, so what I’m gonna lead you guys in is the most enjoyable And least painful way to meditate. It’s the most effective that I found Like I said before Tremendous benefits of this, if you want to fuck a lot of whores this is amazing Also if you wanna have mind-blowing sex It’s amazing if you want to get into touch yourself, that’s amazing If you want to feel generally at ease throughout your life, not really, you know responding to whatever else is happening You’re kind of like grounded and your unreactive you’re at the cause in your life And you also want to take perspective on your life and see what can I change my life to improve it? Meditation is the tool. This is the meditation method that I found that works the best Take any ideas you have about meditation, having a spiritual experience Put them aside. You’re not gonna really need them here And just sit comfortably in a relaxed way as if you were Just sitting at home maybe watching TV Relaxing and Close your eyes And with their eyes closed just be still Start to feel into your body Maybe you sense your feet on the floor Maybe you sense your legs pressed up against the chair Start to take note of these sensations You don’t need to manipulate yourself into thinking or feeling these things, you don’t need to try Just notice that these sensations are already there and that they are already the case Really feel the body, including anything that may be unpleasant Uncomfortable, just allow those sensations If you’re having thoughts simply allow those thoughts You don’t need to stop or control your thoughts, you don’t need to manipulate your thoughts Just accept them Simply let go of control That’s all you got to do Let go of control Surrender yourself to the moment, as you sit there in stillness Fully relax your face Fully relax your shoulders Release any tension you have And fully relax your body So rather than being some thing that lives inside your head that has all these thoughts Start to push yourself out into your body Really get a sense of how your body feels sitting here And even though your eyes are closed You remain wide awake You’re awake and alert behind the closed eyelids You’re fully alert even though you are fully relaxed Start to take note of the sensations of your body You don’t need to try to do this Just notice that it’s already done These sensations are already occurring So there’s nothing to try and nothing to do And now start to feel yourself getting pulled into to the surroundings Feel yourself becoming all of reality Every sight, every sound Every sensation Just become all of it And notice that you don’t need to try to do this Because this is already occurring Don’t merely watch these sensations, but become them. You don’t need to try to do this They are already a part of you Nothing needs to be manipulated for you to be reality, because you are reality every second So no special mental state is required for you to be reality So there’s nothing to try and nothing to do Notice there’s nowhere to go there’s nowhere to run to Where can reality run – from itself Nowhere Reality is everything that is occurring So there’s nowhere to run There is no objective And there’s nothing to do Notice that Notice also that there’s nothing to understand There’s nothing to know, there’s nothing you need to figure out with your mind So the mind can be completely let go Let go of trying to have a meditative experience The meditative experience is always the case Because meditation is simply what is Surrender the mind and surrender the body Let go of trying to manipulate your experience in any way Let go of any tension in your body Let go of any stress Or anxiety Let go of any lingering worries you have, just let everything go And if you find yourself struggling to let go Just let go Let go of the desire to let go And sit calmly and stillness Fully relax the body And as your body becomes fully relaxed notice that your mind becomes fully relaxed as well Do not manipulate anything, just notice everything exactly as it is If you notice anything that’s annoying or unpleasant allow that to If you have some resistance to letting go Allow that as well Stop caring about anything. There’s nothing to care about there is no objective You don’t even care about being peaceful or relaxed or happy Let go of caring And simply be perfectly still Notice your mind becoming very restful The mind just shutting down And notice your sense of self just getting pulled into your surroundings Notice yourself getting absorbed into reality and becoming it All the meditation really is, is a resting of the mind For this short period throughout your day your mind will be perfectly at rest But inside you will be awake and alert Notice the spontaneous joy that overcomes you Simply by being Peacefully alert Alert but perfectly still in body and mind Be outside of your head, be all of reality You don’t need to try to do this, just notice that is already the case So there’s nothing to do Surrender any last-minute resistance to letting go Surrender yourself completely to reality and just sit If you notice thoughts arising allow them to arise If you notice a desire for control or manipulation arising Just remember to fully surrender and to let go Just let go If anything is distressing you, just let it go If you are unable to let go Just let go Enjoy your reality. This is all there is there’s nothing more Notice that awareness is perfectly effortless. You don’t need to try to become aware Know what you guys that take the last minute and just enjoy this inner peace Gather any lessons you may have learned here And take them with you And now you can open your eyes

    Hey Austen,

    Awesome guided meditation, gonna do one everyday before I leave the house – got a lot of value out of it.

    Had a question though, I’ve been going out a lot during the day and logistically most girls have been busy so I’ve collected a lot of leads. Not really sure how to text them, my sets are okay – not great, but I’m not really sure on the right way to meet up with them after getting their social media.

    Hey bro, great content! Question for you… Idk who else to ask for help but I really connect with your stuff so here it goes…
    I really have a problematic relationship with my parents and idk how much I can actually do about it. My parents have always been extremely demanding, from a young age (they're both PhD teachers). I always had to do everything right and when I didn't they blamed me for it. This made me adopt a mindset of self-excuse and dishonesty so they wouldn't be as mad with me. There came a breaking point when I was 15 and got the opportunity to do an exchange program in another country for a year. It was my mom's idea, they always treated me with trust and freedom. Problem is, I couldn't take any more of their constant judgment so I slacked off during this year, with drugs. I also really grew as a person and got a lot of experience with girls. When I came back I was very different and they didn't recognize me. A year passed and I matured even more (the shock from leaving the exchange was even harder). BUT, I kept using drugs on their back and I didn't feel free. So I decided to tell them… They freaked out and went into emergency mode*… They cut all my privacy and yell at me constantly, have zero trust in me and they supervise everything I do. The thing is, since I told them I stopped smoking and got a really healthy lifestyle, with gym, reading, meditation and personal boundaries. Also, I got into game! I feel *better than ever and I just wanna strive and take action! My anxiety has disappeared and I feel I'm finally free… Except for my logistics because of my parents. I have now less freedom than ever, they treat me as a 15-year-old, always suspecting of me, smelling my clothes, spying on my text messages, going throw my stuff… They can't see how good I am now because I broke their trust for so long. I'm really lost and don't know what to do. I feel this inner power wanting to come out but my circumstances are out of my control… I'm 18 and finishing high school now and I want to move out right after but my parents still control my money and they won't let me go nowhere. But I can't keep living under their judgment of everything I do. They don't understand my values, my purpose or my need to be free. They think their saving me but I feel trapped… All I have is hope in the future. Idk how you can help me but some words always feel good. Thank you 🙂

    Nice vid! Gonna play it from time to time when i need a relief. I have a question. Im a guy with great humour, basicly everyone find me funny, but i have trouble to actually have fun with 'normal people' lets say. Im a stoic person which i dont like. How can i start to be entertained with everyone? Usually because of that i have no pleasure to be around most people, i have nothing to talk about with them lol. I would like to get more social.     +Austen Summers Every video about meditation seems to suggest 20 minutes/day.Although meditating has benefits it is a bit time consuming and this might result in inconsistency and skipping it some days.Do you think you can still get the benefits of meditation by meditating only 10 minutes/day?

    my body was perfectly relaxed but i felt like i was a little character trapped inside my body with nothing else around, just empty, then I finally reached a grass area with no one else around except a big green tree

    I have done meditation multiple times but instead of getting out of my head i get inside my head ..my game gets bad i will try this meditation for few days though any recommendations on what i am doing wrong? .. I have a lack of congruence too but i have noticed whenever i use weed i get congruent my voice gets manly everything is congruent and i can easily give those range of emotions and voice tonality ..any idea how to tap into that without any substance?

    First of all thanks for letting us ask questions. I have been fat my whole life and I am recently slim and good looking. I've known about game for six years and have been doing it on and off I've had better results when I was fatter. Throughout game I've never been living up to my potential, because I've had so much theory in me when I do approach it often goes very well however I approach too little. I have gone through many different wings tried different challenges but six years later I still get insecure and won't live up to my potential. I also have a really hard time making and keeping guy friends the feedback I've been getting from them is overtime I end up being too negative. What would you suggest someone with potential for a good game who knows it isn't taking the action they deserve to take? Thank you.

    This was great! I felt a lot of turmoil inside me during this session, as soon as you said 'start to feel into your body' I felt shit loads of things, a lot of anxiety, fear and a very uncomfortable feeling, I don't know why. I did feel very relaxed after the whole thing but the best insight I got out of this was to be aware of the things you feel, we become so numb to ourselves on a daily basis, it's always good to dive into yourself. Really appreciate this! 👍🏻
