Guided Meditation For Peace & Contentment ♥ Day 3

hey guys welcome to your day 3 meditation im so happy that your taking this time our of your day and dedicating it to yourself your health and wellbeing this meditation is going to be focused on finding peace and contentment sometimes we all worry about the future overanalyze the past and over think the choices that have brough us here to this present moment the truth is over analyzing the past and worrying the future bring absolutely no benefit to your the moment your in right now this moment is the only you truly have by letting go of your past weather good or bad and accepting that this is you right here right now will allow today to unfold as it should taking this time to find gratitude for the blessing you’ve been given and the lessons you have learnde to find peace and true contentment in who you are where you are and how you came to be here by freeing yourself of the burdens of tomorrow you give yourself permission to focus on this present moment and on creating a better version of yourself with this in mind lets now begin our meditation making yourself comfortable in a seated position go ahead and rest your hands on your knees taking a deep breath in and a slow exhale out letting go of any tension allow yourself to become one with the breath inhale and exhale and again just simply let yourself let go release into the breath inhale exhale feeling the oxygen filling your lungs and body filling every cell of your body allowing yourself to become more and more relaxed inhale and exhale deep breath through your nose and exhale let it go begin to feel your body become more at ease and relaxed feeling the coolness of the air coming in as you inhale and feeling the warmth of the air as you exhale bring a sense of peace to your whole being inhale and exhale and let it go exhale its now time to introduce our mantra and our entering thought staying in a nice comfortable position repeating this in your mind I’m exactly where i need to be I’m exactly where i need to be I’m exactly where i need to be remember to stay kind and patient with your mind if thoughts arise and you get distracted by surrounding noises sensations in your body simply acknowledge them and then let them go with that allow yourself to come back to your breathe and come back to your mantra I’m exactly where i need to be I’m exactly where i need to be I’m exactly where i need to be and now silently in your mind its time to release the mantra slowly begin to bring your awareness back to the body slowly coming back to your body if you wish you may slowly begin to wiggle one finger, one toe just feeling your body become a little bit more alive whenever you’re ready you may slowly begin to open your eyes and take your time here no rush give the body the time it needs to come back thank you guys so much for joining me on our day 3 meditation i hope you feel relaxed calm and ready to have the most wonderful day thank you and ill see you soon again namaste

    Yes it is true to let things that are not important, so they will not interfere with your life so you can achieve peace and contentment , all very true but difficult but you can in time thanks well done video 🙂 <3

    These 10 min meditation videos are by far better than any I have listened to. The music and your voice together are extremely soothing. I have amazing days when I start with your meditations.

    These video are my favorite! Do you think you could do a longer version too? Like 20-30 mins? It is perfect for mornings, but when I have more time, let's say on weekends, right when I start truly relaxing you finish it up 😊

    I just recently moved and I've been experiencing a lot of anxiety (also coming from a background of extreme anxiety) and stress for my daily and school life. For the past three days I've been using your yoga and meditation videos and have been vegan for a bit over a week and I have to thank you from the very bottom of my heart. I have never been so content and relaxed in my life so thank you so so so so much. You have genuinely changed my life. I cannot express my gratitude for what you have helped me achieve so far ❤️

    I've started listening to these on the train on my commute to work. Ear plugs in, close my eyes, and away I go ^^ And sometimes open my eyes while listening, and can see the beautiful ocean in this great sunny spring weather. Thanks for shining a light of positivity into my life too! (also loving the yoga vids!)

    I have meditated regularly for years but life got busy and I started to miss it way to much. Feeling the craziness of life Me and my soon to be husband started and have been doing your meditations daily . We started meditating about a month ago to assure we would make time for being more balanced . I have to say Boho Beautiful makes it so much more enjoying .     I would enjoy more of these videos. Your voice is very calm and soothing and the music choice is great. I have meditated along with two of your videos so far and I swiftly transfer to a meditative state, freeing my mind of the stresses of daily life. Thank you for the videos.

    I decided to do those 10 days of meditation before my final exams for this semester, as I am very anxious, and worried. So far I am feeling better, and relaxed during the day. Meditating, doing some yoga makes me feel like, whatever happen, it will all be okay. So thank you for doing amazing videos like this. People like me truly need it, and I am thankful for your commitment.

    I exercise with you most mornings before work but today my form was poor and felt lethargic so did this to regain focus. Wow best 10 minutes spent. I wanted to stay there but now I am exactly where I need to be to start my day. Thank you 🙏🏻

    I wish you were doing more meditation videos. The videos are so deep that they seem longer than 10-15 mins. I keep repeating the mantra as I go about my day or if a certain situation deems it so I can keep a handle on my peace & emotions. I'd love a video on expelling negativity and protecting ourselves from it when we are exposed to negative people.
