Guided Morning Meditation For Gratitude and Goal Accomplishment

in today’s episode you’ll have the
opportunity to experience a morning meditation that will assist you in
energizing your body and aligning your mind with positive thoughts so that you
can begin your day in the right way I’m glad that you’re here and I hope that
you find this podcast inspiring and that it motivates you to make your life
better so find a place where you can relax and
let go for the next few moments to focus your mind
begin by closing your eyes and take a few deep breaths taking a
deep breath in holding it for a moment and exhaling that’s right
take another deep breath holding it and exhaling just letting
yourself become relaxed yet focused take another deep breath holding it for a
moment and as you exhale just allow yourself to become more and more relaxed
more and more focused and you can allow yourself to continue to breathe
naturally and easily as I talk to you just noticing your thoughts notice if
there’s any thoughts that pass through your mind
make sure that you’re not attached to any of those thoughts
you can think of the mind as a train station with all
of these trains coming in and going out the trains are very much like our
thoughts and we can choose to get on a train
or we can simply sit at the station watching and observing as the trains
move in and out so just allow your awareness to just be
present as you simply watch any thoughts watching as those thoughts come in I’m
just watching the mess they move out again just flowing just allowing
yourself to relax not being attached to any thought just simply observing them
and watching them with each passing moment you can simply
allow yourself to become more and more relaxed more and
more at ease to assist you in becoming more and more
relaxed and more and more at ease I’m going to count from ten to one and as I
count from ten to one with every descending number allow yourself become
more and more relaxed more and more at ease by the time that I’ve reached the
count of one you’ll be at your natural level of relaxation starting now at ten
9 eight relaxing more and more
seven six fire letting go
for deeper and deeper relaxed 3 2 and one very relaxed feeling comfortable
peaceful serene the body relaxed yet the mind focused and aware
[Music] gratitude is an important step each and
every morning to wire your brain for positivity
so begin by allowing yourself to become aware
of everything in your life that you’re grateful for there is always something
to be grateful for maybe it’s your health
maybe you’re physically strong and healthy or perhaps it’s the quality of
the relationships in your life perhaps there’s food in your cupboards
or perhaps you enjoy your career but simply find one
two or three things within your life that you are grateful for
and focus your mind on those things you can allow yourself
to be grateful about this life that today you woke up to another day
another day but you get to enjoy another day that you get to see the
people that you love it may also be some of your qualities
that you can be grateful for courage strength humor or compassion and
understanding and as you focus on all of these things notice what you have
received from having them in your life that’s right just noticing what you have
received all of the positivity that you’ve received from having these
things in your life and in your mind give thanks for all of these wonderful
things even if you can only find one thing to be thankful for to be grateful
for if thanks for that one thing the more
that you practiced rata turn the more you will begin to find things in your
life to be grateful for and this begins to alter your awareness it begins to
shift your perspective enabling you to think more positively so take a deep
breath and allow yourself to relax today is a
new day and each day is really a new beginning
and in your awareness begin to think or sense or imagine in some way three major
goals that you would like to achieve within the next six months to a year
three goals that you would like to accomplish
within the next six months to a year and when you have those three goals hold
them in your mind recognize that today is the day
that you can work towards those goals you can think about all of the things
that you can do today to accomplish those goals
recognize that you have the power of creation that you can create the life
that you want and you can enjoy it that every day you can take action that every
day you can accomplish tiny little tasks that move you closer and closer towards
these goals today you can accomplish those tiny
little tasks that will assist you in accomplishing these goals
every little task is just like building a house brick by brick by brick and with
every brick that you place with every task that you accomplish
it moves you one step closer one step closer to the accomplishment of your
goals and by taking a few moments every morning to focus on these goals to think
about the actions that you need to take and to allow yourself to connect with
the desire to accomplish these things it can assist you in feeling more
passionate about accomplishing these things
it can assist you in overcoming any obstacles that stand in your way
it is possible to let go of any old outdated beliefs that have stood in your
way of success that from this moment forward you can
choose to think positive thoughts and you can choose to create a wonderful and
successful life for yourself sometimes the mine in focus on past
failures but you can change your perspective of
this for any time that we aren’t successful at accomplishing something it
is simply a lesson and a learning that can be applied to future times in places
and when you begin to recognize that there really is never failure only
feedback and everything that happens can actually
contribute to you improving yourself
that everything that has happened in the past is a wonderful library that you can
learn from and it can contribute to making you more effective and better
what if for today your mind was clear of any self-doubt
and you embraced every situation that came your way embracing it with
confidence with certainty with strengths take a moment and think about the day
that lies ahead of you begin to contemplate all of the actions
that you want to take notice everything that you want to do
everything that you want to experience and as you see that in your mind making
it as clear as you can notice all of the good feelings that go
along with that imagery maybe you can even attach your favorite song to that
image and as you notice what this looks like
and sounds like feels like imagine that you could step into this this movie this
image and as you do allow it to merge with you
feeling it and sensing it and experiencing it
noticing your thoughts as you move about your day and take yourself through the
entire day to the moment just before you go to sleep that moment before you close
your eyes and rest and from that moment just before you sleep
imagine yourself looking to the past looking over the day noticing all of
your accomplishments noticing all of the little things that you did
all of those tiny little tasks that are moving you closer and closer towards the
goals that you wish to accomplish and really focus on that feeling
and imagine yourself going to sleep sleeping through the night a deep
restful sleep waking up the next morning and building on the day before taking
time to do this exercise taking time to express gratitude for all
of the wonderful things in your life focusing on the goals that you wish to
accomplish so that each day builds one on the other
building a strong foundation building momentum
as you create the life that you desire now bring your awareness back to the now
knowing the direction that you’re moving in
knowing all of the things that you’d like to do beginning today
and you can notice the energy in your body perhaps it’s a feeling of
excitement or feeling of motivation as you get ready to begin your day with
this newfound sense of gratitude and with this knowledge of the direction
that you’re moving in in a moment I’m going to count from one to ten and as I
count from one to ten emerge from relaxation and return to full waking
consciousness and awareness beginning now at one to take a deep breath in
three-four feeling revitalized reenergized and refreshed
five six feeling very good now seven eight coming up nine and ten eyes wide
open back in the room back in the here and now fully awake fully refreshed in
every way and feeling better than you have in a long long time welcome back

morning for the next 21 days can assist with thinking more positively about life
as well as building motivation to move forwards towards your goals using
meditations like this one can help you to change your perspective on life
and alter how you go about approaching everything on a day to day basis
