Guided Sleep Hypnosis | Pure Presence

This is Rasa, welcome to your guided meditation. It is now time for you to relax and to guide
yourself into a restful sleep, through which you will then wake up all bright and new again. Begin by lying on your back with your hands
near your thighs, facing upward. If you feel like another position is more
comfortable for you in this moment, feel free to adjust your body. Your body is your foremost guide, trust the
signals it is sending. If some parts of your body feel tense, direct
your attention towards them. Don’t think of the tension as something negative. It is perfectly natural for your body to accumulate
tension throughout the day. Just observe the state of your body. With this meditation you will take yourself
on a journey of relaxation, you will prepare yourself for a deep sleep and an enjoyable
day ahead. Your simple aim at present is to bring your
awareness to any tense areas of your body and then slowly let that tension go. Without any rush, step-by-step, moment-by-moment,
your mind and body will enter a state of absolute tranquility. Now, let your body settle and be in harmony
with the space you’re in. Do all parts of your body feel comfortable
in the space you are in? Observe any present sensations without attaching
too much to any thought. Just let yourself exist in this space. Realize that the space surrounding you will
soon be safeguarding your sleep. The space you are surrounded by is here for
you to relax in, to relax your body and mind and then gently carry you into the world of
dreams. Rather than forcing yourself to fall asleep,
invite yourself to fall asleep naturally, when your body is completely free of pressure,
relaxed and when peaceful emptiness reigns in your mind. Staying in the present moment, listening to
my voice, letting the present moment and my voice to lull you into soothing and relaxing
experience. Now the time is working in your favor – it
is slowing its course for you to get all the time you need to relax and fall asleep. Feel how these two powerful forces, space
and time, are friendly guiding you through this meditation with feelings of safety and
trust. Now, for a moment, let’s place your attention
on your breath. Feel how the air gently passes through your
nose as you breathe. The light, floating like sensation of your
natural breath becomes present in your entire face. Allow this floating feeling to also enter
your body. Notice how your lungs expand with every breath. And how any tension that’s present leaves
your body as you breathe out. Now watch yourself breath in again and then
breathing out. Imagine and feel as if you are floating in
space. Your body is becoming to feel more and more
comfortable in the space you’re in. It is time to dive in a little deeper. Focus your attention on your forehead. If it feels tense, start releasing any unconscious
holding of the forehead as you slowly breathe in and out. Feel how the relaxation flows down from your
forehead to your eyes, cheeks, and jaws. Loosen up your jaw and relax your tongue a
little, let it hang freely inside your mouth. Gently relax your lips; you can choose to
smile slightly. Think of it as merely a physical movement
and soon your body will start sending signals to your brain. The physical movement of the corner of your
lips will soon be interpreted as a sign of peacefulness and well-being. Place your attention onto your neck and shoulders. Check if there is any tension that’s been
gathered through the day, which is very normal. And if it is perfectly loose and relaxed,
that’s also perfectly natural. Just observe any sensation that occurs in
your neck and the shoulders. And on an exhale of your choosing let it all
go… Keep the pace of your breathing natural and
steady. Let it to keep coming and going. Feel how your neck and shoulders relax more
thoroughly every time you breathe out. Watching your breath come in and out. Letting go, relaxing more each time. Now direct the awareness towards your chest. As you breathe in and out, notice each movement
that occurs in your chest. Soft rises and falls of your chest, just like
gentle waves at a peaceful shore. Breathing in and out. Moving in and out. Now let your breath gently pass into your
belly. Soothingly moving into your thighs. Imagine all the tension melting away into the cozy darkness. Breathing naturally, softly, feeling in harmony
with your body and space around you now. Continuing with directing awareness through
your body and letting it all go. Now direct your attention down your legs,
towards your knees and into your feet. Feel how force of gravity gently pulls your
lower body down. Trust it; let yourself completely fall into
it. Each pull you feel, it relaxes you in even
more; you let go and surrender even further. Absolutely wonderful job; enjoy the relaxation
you are creating, enjoy teaching your body the way to relaxation, perhaps very soon if
not right now, soon, it will become your second nature and you will fall asleep effortlessly,
every time. Laying here relaxed, feeling the comfort of
the space, melting sensation of the gravity pulling you down, catching you. Feeling complete tranquility and peace present
and multiplying throughout your body. Focusing your attention on the deliciousness
of the present moment; its quietness and beauty. Keeping this feeling of being present, experiencing
present moment pulsating across your whole body; your whole being. Pulsation begins to gently intensify, your
being stays calm and relaxed. Radiating through and past the contours of
your body. The sense of the present moment purifies and
reveals itself even clearer to you, wrapping your whole being in it. There is nothing for you to do and nowhere
to go, you are already here. Gently stepping into the present moment, touching
it with your consciousness, feeling it with the essence of self. Staying here, softly exploring it with your
mind, maybe trying to understand, to feel it there, in your mind too, you can, and you
can let it just be. Soak in the soft mystery of the present moment,
that’s intensifying slightly more in between your breaths. Right where that pause is. Letting the essence of the present moment
seep into your mind, your heart, your whole body, your whole being. Stillness, calm and freedom, this is what
you are right now. Absolute fulfillment by simply being. Imagine above you, high in the cosmos, in
the universe a planet, a star, similar to the sun, white and golden light of presence
radiating down onto you. Gentle rays swirling like the lightest golden
snowflakes, captivating your inner eye with its beauty, making their way down, gently
sparkling, flickering, flashing through the cozy darkness of the cosmos. Finally landing softly on your chest. Your body begins to tingle. Filling your body with warmth and tranquility. Each time you inhale, the light spreads all
over your body; anchoring you to the present moment ever so slightly. Illuminating you, the space you’re in and
beyond. Feeling calm, feeling whole and complete just
as you are right now. Keep the light of the present moment within
you. Letting go of the light from above. Watching it travel back into the cosmos. Keeping the sense of freedom and calm present
across your being and through the days yet to come. Letting this light to watch you fall sleep
and to assist you upon your awakening in the morning. You have nowhere to be and nothing to do,
simply be, let the moment take over, let it all go. Invite and allow to be filled pleasant emptiness. Anything else – just let it pass. All your thoughts are becoming more and more
distant. Your mind is calm and your body very relaxed. This is so natural to you. You are aware, yet barely aware, you are peaceful
in complete surrender; you have entered a deep state of tranquility. Your body and your mind are in sync with the
pace of the night. You are where you’re suppose to be and all
is well. You are calm and life unfolds effortlessly
in its perfect timing. Nothing for you to do, nowhere for you to
be. You are already here, already complete. Feeling that subtle connection of all things
that lead to the present moment. Just like the connection of your breath, the
energy of the present moment and the great life force. Gently breathe and feel the force within you
that is carrying you through this life. How soft, how gentle, how stable
and powerful. Just like the energy of the present moment,
just like you. You
are all one and the same; you are that force of life you are that presence. Feeling the warmth that this thought gifts
your body. Visualize this warm feeling of energy filling
the space around you and beyond. You are the presence, you are the consciousness. You are the light of calm awareness, you are
the life force. Feel the freedom within yourself and around
you. Let this blissful feeling root itself deep
into your body and your mind. It will support your peaceful rest and help
you rise, feeling boundless, open and ready. Activated energy of peace and presence within
you will keep you safe and grounded during the entire day until you decide to revisit
this journey here again. Feeling content and soothed, sliding into
the cozy feeling of sleeping bliss, drifting away; letting everything vanish into the night…

I love the work that you do and how you contribute to the world. I am very thankful for this youtube channel you have created. I have only done one of your practices so far and very much enjoyed it. I would love to do more. However meditation is not something that I often do, I pretty much do it once in a blue moon. I practice yoga every day and an active yoga practice appeals to me so much more to me personally than sitting or lying still and practicing meditation. I do know how great I feel when I practice yoga Nidra and other meditations- my favourite is yoga Nidra.I love all the benefits that I reap from the practice.  But I can't seem to get myself to make it more regular and consistent. Any tips or thoughts would be much, much appreciated. Once again I love what you do!

This helped me Rasa. There are some tapes by yourself, Michael Sealy and Jason Stephenson that have had PROFOUND effects on me. Is my "third eye" open? YES – partially! Thank you so much, beautiful woman.

Thank you so much for this wonderful meditation. I have problem sleeping more so since enduring a stroke earlier this year then with menopause added I felt like I would have to settle for this intermittent sleep cycle. I've tried other sleep meditations and this one is perfect! From three hours sleep, I am seriously refreshed and can do all that I need to do for the day. Thanks for all you do

Rasa, I love your meditations but your voice is much too quiet. Please consider using a higher volume so that I can turn my speakers down. Thanks!
