Great video!! I meditate right before bed, sometimes a guided video or sounds. I tend to focus on my breaths, my mind wonders but I just acknowledge It and bring my thoughts back to my breaths. It definitely does take time to get it but even just the deep breathing helps start the process.

    – Pick a quiet place
    – Eliminate Distractions
    – Get comfortable
    – Close your eyes
    – Take 3 big deep breathes — slowly

    – Observe the quietness of your environment for 10-15 seconds
    – Focus on breathing. Same deep breathes for another 21 times

Just a general overview! Definitely watch the entire video to not only meditate with her for the full experience (not common among a lot of content creators!!! Super awesome!) and hear her great anecdotes for this information

Also a tip that I have for the 17 second rule (not sure if it’s in your blueprint…. I’m still working through it!) but just keep a list of those happy moments readily available so you when you’re feeling low, you’ll have an easier time trying to raise your vibrations by having accessible pivot points (is what I called them)
