The proof that this man is serious and true is in my opinion: He says, that EVERY human being can do it, and that the principles are simple, but the practice can be hard. He describes the human being. It's the same thing with everything you want to learn: A language, playing an intrument, do your work with effort, driving a car and so on. You need practice! You have to do it, this is your homework. This is very honest, he doesn' want to lie to you, doesn't promise you quick results, doesn't want your money. If you have a teacher, alright. It has not to be him. And if not, it is alright. Just practice. Thank you!

Listen people, i meditated for years 1 hour a day very strictly and strange things started to happen in my room. I started to wake up in the middle of the night and had the urge to scream and after i did i felt my muscles working but no sound came out of my mouth. I thought this must be a dream, cant be real, but than it happened again and i was sure. I got energy burts when i was laying in my bed and it didnt felt helpful. I started to have this feeling that i am not alone in my room anymore. Of course, i said to myself, this is impossible. I am imagining things or probably overworked i thought. And than something unbelievable happened. I was in my room, alone, turned my head back slowly and saw an entity appearing out of nowhere! Running in to me totally black shaped like a human being and dissapeared. I saw it for 1 sec very clearly and it was not a picture or imagination or smoke. After that i went to my mother immediately and told her what happened. The whole atmosphere in my room changed and i was so frightened that i couldnt sleep there for 3 weeks. I was 27 than and i dont do drugs, cigs, booze, medication or fast food. I am not the first person who reports something supernatural like that and i am warning you with practicing meditation! If anybody has any questions, please feel free to contact me. God bless!

    Don't start at 20 minutes.
Meditating for 5 minutes straight is already quite difficult if you haven't tried it before.
Start with 5 minutes and add 5 minutes every week until you get to 20 minutes or however long you want to get to.

Starting at 20 minutes is going to be very difficult so start small and build your way up. You'll realize the benefits after a few weeks.

What if I'm really really tired? Like I'm falling asleep immediately? Is it an option to do it while walking?

I lye down when I meditate, and often it does result in sleepiness. I suffer from a posture disorder and ruptured vertebra in my upper back making sitting on most seats, floors, or chairs quite uncomfortable/pain after a short period. Anyone have recommendations? Perhaps invest in a giant comfy pillow or something? I'm out of ideas other than that.

He isnt kidding about that everyday thing. 2 years ago I meditated 20 minutes a day for four months, stopped during the christmas holiday and haven't done it since. Even on vacation you get your ass to the hotel balcony and meditate lol

At first, I admit I wasn't convinced at first about this video but you made me see that what you say it's true. I've seen several vids about meditation but you don't need courses or books or that much stuff. Just sitting, watching your posture and focusing on breathing, allowing the thoughts to roam free but training our minds to focus again. That's something that I've tried endlessly and it's always scattered. I'm afraid I lack that constant will but this is something long overdue. At last, now I now my first 2y will be hell! Thanks for the thumbs up! laughing Anyway, I definitely will watch the self-esteem vid too. Great job in simplifying meditation! 🙂

Holy …. that makes sense, why didn't I thought of that. The perfect way to train your mind and emotions is to expose yourself to them which is best in a quiet environment and then force yourself to let them go. Makes total sense now. Making the brain buff.

I have 2 questions while you are trying to clear your mind can I try to focus on something else for example walking on mount Everest or walking through a peaceful park or does it necessarily have to be clear of any thinking my 2nd question is while sitting down can your eyes be open or closed

I've been meditating for the past few months. And after years of addiction, I truly feel calmer. Even happier, more content. I've found guided meditation extremely helpful. If you have difficulty on just clearing your mind, check out Michael Sealy. His work helped me enormously!

I can't sit, I can't focus, I can't make it a regular part of my schedule. It tends to be just another day-dreaming session.
