    Very nice meditation but it’s a bit too fast. Wish she spoke at a slower pace, would be more relaxing

    My internal energies have been all screwed up since the start of this pregnancy (and probably long before)… they're now straighter and clearer than they've been for months, thank you! I will be listening to this at least once daily from now until birth (and maybe after!)
