– [Narrator] Welcome
to your loving-kindness five minute guided meditation. This will guide you towards
a deeper appreciation of yourself quickly when
you’re short on time by bringing love and
compassion into your day, whether you’re at work, parked
in a car or wherever you are when you desire more
self-love and compassion. Begin sitting in a comfortable
seat without strain, legs and feet uncrossed,
taking in some deep breaths in and out of your nose,
noticing the breath as it goes into your nose and out of your nose. And feel yourself settle into this moment. Noticing your body relaxing into your seat as you breath in and out. In and out. Moving your focus from
your breath to your heart with intention, dropping
your awareness to your heart and just being there for the remainder of this quick meditation. We begin this loving-kindness meditation by internally repeating
the mantra, may I be well, may I be happy, may I be
peaceful and may I be loved. May I be well. May I be happy. May I be peaceful. May I be loved. So throughout this meditation
you will repeat this mantra internally to yourself and
when you notice yourself having thoughts just bring your awareness back to the loving-kindness mantra. May I be well, may I be happy, may I be peaceful, may I be loved. Allowing these thoughts and
their energy to permeate throughout your body,
throughout this meditation. I’ll watch the time, you enjoy. (relaxing zen music) May I be well. May I be happy. May I be peaceful. May I be loved. (relaxing zen music) May I be well. May I be happy. May I be peaceful. May I be loved. (relaxing zen music) May I be well. May I be happy. May I be peaceful. May I be loved. (relaxing zen music) Keeping your eyes closed,
gently draw up the mantra and begin deepening your
breath, bringing awareness back to your hands and your
feet by wiggling them. Breathing in and out. And now gently when you’re
ready, open your eyes, slowly coming back into
your room, into your day, knowing that you are filled with love and compassion towards yourself. I invite you to have a beautiful day. If you enjoyed this meditation,
