meditation to share with you that will help you bust through any prosperity

video. Kundalini yoga and meditation is a powerful ancient form of technology that
combines breath with movement, meditation mantra and mudra to awaken our awareness
to our infinite potential and connect us back to soul. It was introduced to the
West by Kundalini Master Yogi Bhajan in 1969 and has since transformed countless lives including my own. It’s honestly this super magical practice that has the
ability to reprogram your subconscious, to rewire your subconscious for the
better, to connect you back to your soul to elevate your energetic vibration and
to strengthen your electromagnetic field to help you attract in what you desire.

end of this video to get a simple prosperity meditation that is going to
help you bust through any blocks and help you manifest money, wealth and
abundance in as little as three minutes. Let’s get right to it. This meditation is
called the prosperity Har meditation. So h-a-r but pronounced like hud, h-u-d. The way that this meditation works is through the chanting of har and also
repetitive hand movements. This helps us connect our subconscious to the infinite,
to the infinite source of prosperity. The hand movement is very simple. All we’re doing is striking the sides of our hands together. So we start off with our palms
facing down, our right thumb under our left and we start by striking our index
finger together and then turning our palms facing out to strike our pinkies
together okay. The index finger sign is known as the Jupiter side and the pinky
side is known as the Moon side. So when we’re striking the Jupiter side and the
Moon side together that is the repetitive movement that we keep up
throughout this meditation. By striking our hands together like this, this
actually sends a signal up to our subconscious mind and also to our
pituitary gland which is also known as our third eye. This helps us remove any emotional blockages, any blockages towards
prosperity and also opens us up to receiving the financial abundance that
we’re trying to manifest. Not to mention this movement and the
chanting together helps you quickly raise your energetic vibration, strengthen out your electromagnetic field so that you can be attracting in
all those opportunities for wealth and all that money easily and quickly. As
we’re doing the hand movements we also have to chant the mantra Har. So like I
mentioned Har is spelled h-a-r but pronounced hud, h-u-d. And the way that we create the sound is by bringing the tip of our tongue to our
upper palate and drawing our navel in towards our spine at the same time. The
reason that we do this is because we want to stimulate the energy underneath
our navel and bring that energy up to our hands as you’re moving and then
ultimately taking that energy up towards our brain. So the way that we do this
very simple, I’ll show you guys right now. Just draw your navel in towards your spine; har har har har har. So you see your belly is going in and out in and out in
and out repeatedly. So those are all the pieces of the meditation. Now let’s do it
together because it’s literally this simple okay. So to get started find
yourself in easy pose which is really just saying that you sit comfortably
with your legs crossed. Make sure that your spine is upright and
aligned and your shoulders aren’t like up or like too rigid, just like relax
down okay. And you want to close your eyes 9/10. Now I know this may sound
a bit weird like so am I closing my eyes or keeping them open. Your eyes are 9/10
closed and you’re allowing your gaze to focus softly on the tip of your nose.
This may cause a little bit of an eye strain, not very comfortable to begin
with but you’ll definitely get more comfortable as you do it a few more
times okay. And the way to have your eyes looking this way is very important for
this meditation. So you get yourself comfortable you have your eyes 9/10 closed and focusing just off the tip of your
nose which you’ll probably see as like a little blurry fuzz there. And then you
have your hands right right at your throat level okay. So you have your hands
right here ready to be struck from side to side. And we start with your palms
facing down right. Once again your thumb, your right thumb, is underneath your left. So here 9/10 har har har har har har har har har har har and you literally just go on on like that for three minutes. So three minutes
is the minimum recommended time to do this meditation. You can do it all the
way up to 11 minutes but beyond that Yogi Bhajan says that that would be way
too greedy right. So this is super simple that you can do on your own
without music or you can also do this to the Tantric Har music which I will show
you right now. Har har har har har har har har. So once you get to the end of the meditation to end it just have your palms facing upward, just like you did when you were doing the hand movement. Take a deep inhale in here holding your inhale and then relaxing and letting it
all go. Now after you relax it and let it all go just allow yourself to settle in
for a few moments and really just noticing how the energy is shifting in
your body. Any tingles and sensations that you
feel and also noticing how your mind feels from all the stimulation. So once
you give this a try, comment down below and let me know how your experience was like, how did you feel. And I highly highly recommend that you do this for 40 days
straight. Now I know it sounds super intimidating 40 days straight but 40
days is really the timeframe to allow a Kundalini meditation or Kundalini Kriya to imprint itself into your subconscious. And where you are going to start seeing lasting changes from your practice. It also helps you
build up that habit and because of course you can’t expect to do something
one time and for all the abundance, all the money to flow in. So as simple as
three minutes every single day, some days you can work it up to eleven minutes if
you want but every single day for 40 days, you are going to see massive shifts
in your life and you are going to be able to manifest the money, the wealth
and the financial abundance that you’re looking for. So that’s all I have for you
guys today with this Kundalini prosperity meditation that is going to
