[Meditation Hacks] Snoring Breath Technique Puts In Altered State FAST Christine Breese Daily Update


Hey guys, Christine Breese here, daily
update: I have a really cool meditation hack for you that I wish I had known a
long time ago when I was younger. So you don’t have to sit in the lotus position
for 20 minutes or 20 years before you start feeling a little Zen. This is a
quickie way to the altered states and it’s called from snoring breath. You
don’t have to make a lot of noise. You just do it like this, it’s really easy. It starts like this. You hold the breath
for a moment right here in the forehead and then when you release the breath the
energy goes up over the top of the head and down your spine. Then you hold the
breath out for a moment and then again. That’s all there is to it. Do that
with your guided meditations or just a two-minute reset button while you’re at
work or something and see where it takes you!

    I’ve given this a try a couple of times now. It definitely does stop my thoughts from racing and gets me in a more peaceful state quicker! I’m gonna keep going at it. Hopefully have some cool experiences from it! You never know! 💖
