– Let’s try right now. So just– – Oh I’m holding back. – Just kick back just a a little bit and really it’s just about
kicking back, close your eyes, take a long slow deep
breath in, and just hold it. And then blow out, and
we’ll take a second breath, hold it, and blow out. And then a third one, breath in. And blow out and then just be
with yourself for a second. Sometimes I like to just talk to my cells. I’m just like how’s everybody doing? Just have a little convo with the colony. And just open your eyes.
