    Amazing meditation, but, its pretty awkward because at the end you say 'check if your heart rate is different' and mine sometimes hasnt changed…

    Personally I found the breathing exercises far too shallow, quick and unnatural. My heart rate was far faster afterwards. Sorry but this was not good for me

    I started giggling after some breathing exercises. Had to go back like 4 or 5 times because i kept getting it wrong and out of time. I feel i bit better and relaxed but i just noticed i have a headache. Surely had it before the video.

    Thank you for this video! Itโ€™s a nice quick and relaxing break from my studying and homework and it really helps me get back into the correct mindset to continue to do the best work I can. ๐Ÿ™‚

    Thank you! I really needed that (: When I came home late after a pretty nice and eventful day I was feeling a little down without really knowing why since I've been surrounded by lovely people all day. Thought it wasn't a good idea to go to sleep like that but this made me calm down and feel more at ease โ™ก
