Morning “Guided Meditation”: A positive visualization meditation to start your day

morning routine on a regular basis can improve the start of your day.
Good morning, Before you begin your day, let’s disperse
any negative thoughts floating about and instead fill you with positivity.
Even if the following statements aren’t true, I would like you to visualize and feel as
if they are, imagining them
as if they were real. Start by sitting up in a comfortable position, with your hands
on your lap and legs uncrossed
to recieve positive energy, You can close your eyes if it helps.
Now you are awake and had a good night’s sleep, it is now time to start your day.
You awake with a feeling of vitality and strength for the day ahead, you can feel the energy
rush of the atmosphere and environment around you.
The bed you have been sleeping in is of the softest plush materials and your whole body
feels refreshed from a fantastic
night’s sleep. As you opened your eyes, across the room is
a large doors that lead to a balcony, the thin,
white, see through nets covering the doors move ever so slightly to
the warm positive breeze of the morning. An orange glow illuminates the nets as it
seems to be brought to life by the morning sun.
You initiate your entrance to the day with a large stretch, that feels good in every
way. By stretching, your muscles are now ready
to give movement and momentum for the day ahead.
Sliding your legs out of bed onto a deep thick piled carpet, you lift yourself up onto your
feet. With one foot infront of the other you walk
over to the doors, feeling a spring in your step
as you seem to bounce on the plush carpet.
The light coming through the thin nets shines onto the carpet infront of you, almost
rectangular shaped. your feet enter the glowing area and instantly
you feel the positive, warm sensation from the sun.
The closer you get to the door, the more you enter this glowing area of positivity.
As you walk further into this area, it is as if you are being filled with positivity
and strength from your feet to the top of your head.
You are now comfortably consumed with this orange light and it truly feels good.
Siding the nets to the side as you walk through to the balcony, you look about.
As you look ahead, the morning sun seems to fill the landscape with light and energy.
Birdsong can be heard and the slight breeze in the trees sway gently as they rustle with
life. The crisp air greets you nose as it invites
you to draw from it’s positive and refreshing welcome.
You take one deep breath as you feel the warmth on your face from the sun.
Filling your lungs with fresh, new and life giving energy.
You stop to be mindful of what you see around you and give thanks with a smile as your eyes
glisten with gratitude. Your body and mind now feels relaxed and ready
for the day. and you are filled with positivity.

    Wonderful, just wonderful. I've done a lot of "morning" meditations and this is one of my top 3. I can't wait to try your other meditations, I love your voice and I'm sure you are going to be a favorite.     I would love to wake up to that meditation. instead I wake up EVERY SINGLE DAY to a 20 lbs cat on my chest who wants me to feed him. And even if I can avoid getting up once or twice he keeps returning until I get up.
    Yet I wouldnt change it for anything in the world 😀
    Thanks for your wonderful videos. Cant even imagine the time and effort you put into them. You touch the hearts of so many.
