    @kdjfnvjvd Hi there, this is the way it works – at the suggested time in the relaxation place your hands, palms down, on your lower abdomen around the belly button. With a closed mouth inhale slowly through the nose and the lungs will rise slowly, continue to inhale and the lower abdomen will rise too. When you have fully inhaled begin to slowly exhale through your nose and the abdomen will go down. The breathing is slow, gentle, and full. The breath is not held at any time.

In the meantime, If you put the cursor over the video you may see a RealPlayer icon pop up just above the top right hand side of the video, click on this to download. Or you can right click on the video image and select download. You'll need to have Real Player on your computer to do this. It may also work with whatever player you have.
