Realising & Achieving Goals | Guided Visualisation Meditation

My name is Rasa Lukosiute and welcome to the
guided visualisation meditation that will help you on your goal realisation process. On this journey, you will use the power of
your imagination, inner wisdom and present-moment consciousness. Also, you will understand better the flow
of the entire process and see the bigger picture. Place yourself in a comfortable position. Relax. Close your eyes. Now, take a deep breath in through your nose. After that, release the breath through your
mouth with a deep sigh of relief: ahhhhh
Feel how your body follows your deep sigh of relief by relaxing more and more. Take a deep breath in and breathe out:
ahhhhh Feel the depth of your relief spreading through
your entire body. Again, breathe in and breathe out all the
unpleasant energy that may be in your body with
ahhhh Feel how the new and fresh energy circulates
freely throughout your body. In this moment, allow your vibrant imagination
to take you to the places where everything is possible. Imagine yourself being inside a dome building
that resembles the hollow upper half of a sphere
Put your hands on your heart area and focus on it for a while. Feel the energy of your heart centre. Feel the vast space of the dome. Feel the vastness of your heart energy populating
the space close to you. Feel how it spreads further and further away,
through the entire space of the dome and beyond. Now, turn your hands back into the relaxed
and natural position. Imagine yourself achieving your goal in as
many details as you can in the present moment. As you keep imagining it, a spectacular beam
of light passes through an oculus, a circular hole that is located at the centre of the
dome. The moment it illuminates you, your alternate
self image who achieves the goal reflects itself onto the dome’s wall. At this moment, you become like a spectator
watching the screen where the main actor is the alternate version of yourself. Give your full attention to the alternate
version of yourself. Feel how you walk and talk confidently. Feel how it’s good to go through the entire
process of achieving your goal. Feel the power of your presence and clear
communication with other persons. What kinds of smells, tastes or sounds are
associated with your story of success, right now?… What kinds of steps do you take on this journey?… How do you overcome the obstacles?… How many lives does your success touch? What changes do you make to your life and
others?… Now, ask your alternate you for advice you
may have about the goals or success. Allow yourself to receive the answer by being
completely present in the moment or, if you haven’t got any questions, simply feel the
energy of your alternate you. Feel the deep connection between you and the
alternate you. Feel the oneness. As your connection with the alternate you
deepens, the alternate you gives you a gift. It is the glowing gossamer ball of one special
dandelion. Its whiteness mesmerises you. This gossamer ball contains the ripe seeds
of wisdom that are ready to be blown off. and, right now, your conscious and omnipotent
breath blows away all the seeds of this white and puffy ball. The shiny seeds are slowly floating up to
the oculus. As you keep observing the floating seeds they
look like the luminous particles going up to the source of light, pure consciousness. Some of them reach the source while others
are still floating up. You accept the entire process as it is. Everything is as it is. All is well. Now, bring your attention back to your body
by slowly going from your head down to your feet. Stretch your arms and legs gently. Wiggle your toes slightly. Open your eyes. Consciously and deeply breathe in.. and out. Enjoy the rest of the day!

    Hello Rasa ,,its Paul,,,so yet again you send help for us lost souls ,we downhearted and sensitive beings..This is so soothing and xtra calming,,that I feel cushioned,comforted ,and hopefully found a little peace in my inner being,—–this world is too cruel and yet so beautiful ,lets all meditate for peace and love and harmony and unity,,,,,,seems like a plan to me ,,yet again thanks Rasa ,you are the top of the world to me,and I will always come to your works,—they are perfect,—xxx—Love always and Peace ,Paul.xxxxxx

    Hi Rasa, this is probably inspiring. I'm not sure because I am so very good at relaxing that I slept through nine tenths of it! Maybe I need you to do a meditation with some speed metal on the soundtrack. Otherwise how can I learn to achieve goals, come into abundance and all the other things you (allegedly) talk about?? 😜 Anyway, sending you peace and love. 💟☮️🕉💟

    This meditation comes at a perfect time. I thought my goals were something else at the start of the meditation, but as I followed the meditation and focused my imagination on my alter image, I realized I am heading in a different, truer direction. Thank you for making this.

    Rasa, I've been listening to your videos and meditating with you for months now. I feel a calmness and peace fullness since I found you. But I listened to this the other night and right after I was done I started vomiting and has severe back pain on the left side of my back. I had to call off work the next day. I felt completely out of it. I thought I got food poisoning from the take out I got. But in speaking with my very spiritual best friend she asked me questions. She does not think it was the food because I did not vomit the food up although I had eaten an hour before. It was bile all night and next day with that back pain. Sweating and hot and cold flashes. Bad dreams all night that I remembered which I usually do not remember my dreams. I still had that back pain today but after speaking with her she thought perhaps I unwillingly awoke my kundalini. I did not even know what that was until she made google it. Could it have been that? Is that something I should embrace or don't dare to ? I love your videos and can't tell you how much they give me in my life. But should I become concerned? Reading about it makes me feel I could never have reached such a place being a novice but I have had an amazing butterfly moment last week when I wish a butterfly in the distance to come by my friend and I. As soon as I thought that I looked at my friend and smiled and we both looked down at the pizza on my plate and there the butterfly was fluttering on my pizza for at least 6 long seconds. It made a spectacle of itself right on my pizza! I've never experienced anything like that in my life. Could I be more in tune that I think? Is awaking the kundalini as dangerous for a novice as I have been reading now? Thank you so much for all you to bring us peace and love. God bless

    I can visualize like Im living out every single goal. I am so in the moment with you and the guided visualization meditation, and I can feel real tears flowing down my cheeks in the present physical me, and this overwhelming gratefulness.
    It so bizarre, however totallly intense am I meditating correctly?

    I got pretty emotional when I felt the heart cords between myself and my projected self. When you talked about the dandelion gift exchane to me it symbolized go with the flow of the Creator. I exactly where I supposed to be. Somethings are better than expected and something aren’t but no matter what the outcome there are lessons to be learned from every experience.     I realized it during meditation but thought I’d comment on dome temple. That’s inside our head opening in roof is crown chakra and visualizing on wall of dome is like a screen for our third eye to see visions. Once again thanks for this meditation to show us the process to be able to visualize. You break it down so those of us that have more difficulties with vision may be able to progress. ❤️

    “ everything is as it is and all is well “. As long as we remain in the positive chi flow with the Creator then everything is good. We are in the state of grace. When we get into negative behavior then the chi flow stops, no longer in the state of grace. Then we feel empty and isolated, not one with God’s energy. Thank you Rasa for the daily uplifting.
