Relaxation: Yogic Breathing Exercises

(soft music) We will finish our class with a relaxation
exercise. I want you to lay down on a floor or bed on your back with your hands by your side……….. (Music starts) Close your eyes
and take a deep breath…. And exhale…….
Take another deep breath and again exhale completely emptying your lungs…… Now focus your attention on your………. (will go through all the
parts of the body relaxing every one) . (continues for 10 min)
