and realizing that you need a little time and space for yourself.
This time is just for you. You may close your eyes or sit as if you are
on this beach watching the relaxing scenery. As you are sat there, listen to the sound
of the peaceful waves. Notice how calming they are and rhythmic in
nature, somewhat like your breathing. As the ocean finds it’s own rhythm, I would
like you to find your own. Sit and let this calming escape take you over,
like a wave of relaxation. Take one deep breath, pushing your shoulders
down. inhale positivity and as you exhale negativity
feel your body relax. This technique works fast and is very calming,
working instantly. As you notice your upper body loosen, you
send that feeling from the top of your head down to your toes.
Repeat this as many times as you wish until you feel yourself quite free.
When you have unwound let your breathing fall into a natural calm rhythym.
With each breath you feel yourself relax more and more, sending a wave of calmness
down from head to toe. inhaling positivity and exhaling any negative
thoughts or feelings. with each breath you feel stronger and more
refreshed from this time that you have set by
for yourself. Take a moment to strengthen these positive
and encouraging feelings that are flowing through
you. You are very welcome to visit this place at
any time you so wish to do so. Once this guided meditation fades out, you
may continue meditating and drawing strength from
what you have taken from it or you can resume your day.
Either way, you will feel refreshed, positive and calm.
