Soft Spoken Sound Meditation for ANXIETY 💜 ASMR, Qi, Sleep Music


Welcome to a Himalayan singing bowl ASMR guided meditation session ASMR sound bath – Sleep music made with the intention to reduce anxiety and encourage a deep sense of calm this session can also be used to become deeply relaxed and ready for sleep together we are going to take control of any negative sensations you may be experiencing come to a place where we can observe them allow them to leave us be and replace them with stillness relaxation and love for ourselves all positive sensations Participating in this session is a choice you have made to actively soothe your mind and body you posses the power to help guide yourself into a place of acceptance peace and understanding you know that this life is a journey a learning experience all that is contained within and without is an important piece of the tapestry So let us sit with this knowledge together listen to the sound waves feel them flowing in and around us all the while, recognising, giving a smile and a nod to the changes within find a comfortable position for yourself perhaps laying down sitting in a cosy chair sitting up with your legs in a meditation position whichever feels good for you at this time change or loosen your clothes if you need to take off your shoes choose to care for yourself by ensuring you are as comfortable and supported as possible at this moment Now. Using my voice as your guide become an observer begin by noticing your breathing in and out take a hold of each breath in and out and be active in the process drawing the air in and gently sending air back out again then slowly release and allow your body to take over observing the movement of the air in and out your body will always do it’s best to take care of you close your eyes, soften the jaw release the shoulders and bring awareness to your chest and continue to observe your breath in and out slowly move down your body allow your arms to become heavy releasing every muscle soften the tissue in your hands and feel the air on your skin witness your waist move gently in and out as you breath into your chest soften the tissue in your hips release the muscles in your thighs and observe a heavy sensation moving all down your legs into your feet and a warmth to the tips of your toes Now Allow the sound of my voice to fall and settle while you slowly become more aware of the delicate frequencies of the singing bowls they are singing just for you subtle sounds to soothe your subtle body your physical form and your mind Listen – Observe – Accept Be

    There's no one who does asmr like you do Mrs Emma. These singing bowls sounds are very relaxing surprisingly. They do have a slight Halloween vibe to them 🎃🧡. Now imma hear imaginary ringing sounds in my ear all day lol 😂. My attention belongs to you for the reminder of this audio. Your voice is serene & perfect for this mediations.     Hello! Good day or Good night to you my friends 💜 This video has been my little baby for a week 😊 After lots of nurturing and snuggles I'm very grateful to hand it over to you. I hope so much that it works well for you if and when you need it. This is a slow and soft spoken guided meditation with gentle layered sounds of the wooden frog, Lapis Lazuli crystal beads, dried Lavender pillow and a Koshi Earth chime followed by a Himalayan singing bowl meditation with soft striking and rubbing. The notes from left to right are C for grounding, a deep low F for the heart, a higher F to lift the heart, G for the throat and communication & B for the crown – purple 💜 😊 My intention for you in this meditation through my words and the sounds is to reduce anxiety anytime in the day and feel calm and sleepy whenever you need to. You can listen in headphones, without or if you have speakers you can lay down and place these on the floor around you. The vibrations can flow around your body for a virtual sound bath experience.     I’m currently going through benzodiazepine withdrawals, waiting for my prescriptions to be refilled finally in about 30 minutes. This video is a blessing. Your voice has such a calming effect on my racing, fever dream, being zapped seemingly by electricity, mind.

    Exactly what I needed! I'm a huge fan of deliberate, meditative soft-spoken ASMR and I'm loving this new trend of meditative ASMR videos. I also prefer soft-spoken in general because I feel that it sounds much more natural through headphones whereas whispering tends to sound artificial.

    Wow! Outstanding video. Everything is spot on from your color choices of backdrop and clothing to the layout of the bowls. The meditation itself is perfectly paced and incredibly thoughtful. I just came home from a therapy session and chanced across this. Between the two I feel so relaxed you could spread me on toast like butter. Thanks so much!
